Angela is a yoga instructor who helps clients cultivate strength and confidence. With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, she is passionate about the importance of physical health and the lasting impact of involving overall wellness in daily life. She teaches Pilates, Barre and Yoga/stretching classes, as well as one on one private sessions, Skype sessions and small group sessions. Through Angela Inspired, she hopes to walk side-by-side her clients to help them live strong and fearlessly.
